First Aid at Work Requalification (HSE Approved)

This Meditec Training course updates the first aid skills for people who need to renew their statutory first aid at work certificate and whose existing certificate is still valid. First aiders whose certificates have expired for more than 28 days must attend the three day first aid at work course. This course is for people wishing to renew a valid first aid at work certificate.The course aims to update and refresh your knowledge of the First aid at work syllabus, while allowing time for revision and practice sessions in preparation for a final assessment.

Course Syllabus:

• Update of first aid knowledge and skills as per the initial FAW 3 day course syllabus.
• Revision of workplace requirements.

Assessment and Certification
On completion of this course, all delegates will be able to confidently demonstrate all areas of this courses syllabus. Throughout the course our instructors will use simulated incidents using resuscitation manikins. Successful candidates receive the full HSE approved First aid at work certificate valid for three years after completing a practical skills test and continuous instructor assessment throughout the course.
